Photography is Karen Proctor's passion, and she finds inspiration in the unexpected. She loves to work with people and animals, including pets and their owners, in the beautiful Front Range landscape. Karen can also capture the feeling of fun objects and places.
 
Karen works with the personality of her subjects or the event she's photographing. So, if you're having a wedding that would better be described as a fun gathering of friends than a stodgy ceremony, she'll imbibe that feeling into your event imagery.
 
She describes the approach to Twenty Two Photo's imagery: "There is so much beauty in this world that we sometimes forget about. I like to try and capture that beauty in my photographs. Nature and the great outdoors are my favorite things to photograph. It never fails to amaze me."
 
Karen's college internships with local photographers brought her west to Denver from Randolph Community College, North Carolina, where she earned her Degree in Photography. She was so captivated by the landscape, people and unique flavor of the area that she moved after graduation.
 
Karen is available for hire as a Photographer or Photographer's Assistant for studio, wedding or location assignments. She's worked with local photographers under a variety of circumstances including studios and on location. If you need Karen to meet you at a location, she can arrange to travel to you.
